Miss den Halsumfang deines Hundes immer, wenn er steht oder sitzt, nicht im Liegen. Lege dazu ein weiches, breites MaĂband an der Stelle um den Hals, an der das Halsband normalerweise sitzt. Das MaĂband sollte eng anliegen, ohne einzuschneiden. Achte darauf, dass noch maximal zwei Finger zwischen Hals und MaĂband passen â so sitzt das Halsband spĂ€ter bequem, aber nicht zu locker.
Falls du unsicher bist, kannst du ein bereits vorhandenes Halsband zur Kontrolle messen: Lege es dazu im geschlossenen Zustand flach hin und miss die Innenseite â nicht auĂen und nicht offenliegend.
Bei verstellbaren HalsbĂ€ndern gilt der gemessene Halsumfang als Mittelwert, sodass das Halsband enger oder weiter gestellt werden kann. Wenn dein Hund noch wĂ€chst, vermerke dies bitte bei deiner Bestellung. Dann fertige ich das Halsband so, dass genĂŒgend Spielraum zum GröĂerstellen bleibt.
Bei nicht verstellbaren HalsbÀndern ist es wichtig, den exakten Halsumfang anzugeben, damit das Halsband perfekt passt.
Ein zu lockeres Halsband kann deinem Hund leicht ĂŒber den Kopf rutschen, wĂ€hrend ein zu enges Halsband einengt oder sogar Verletzungen verursachen könnte.
